論壇無法新增版塊出現錯誤 急

問題描述:
                   在論壇中新增子版塊...沒有動任何設定,結果出現了:
  
                    Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /admin.php on this server.

  這種錯誤...可以解一下嗎??? 我的檔案權限是正確的。
  一直是可以順利如下圖新增子版塊的...。
